Social entrepreneuring project for Latin America

Programme to spread design and to provide wheelchairs and other orthopaedic articles for persons with a disability in Latin America

Together with the GERDD Association and with the collaboration of the University of Girona, the Foundation promotes a programme for the creation of the conditions required to manufacture and assure the good maintenance of wheelchairs for persons with a disability in Latin America. The workshop companies that are to be created within this framework will also help to provide jobs for the collective of persons with a disability.

Actually there are two workshop companies working in Uruguay and Guatemala. In Uruguay with ONPLI and in Guatemala with Transiciones asociation.
