The Advisory Council has the functions of proposing, studying, appraising and recommending to the Board of Trustees the projects which should be unfolded by the Foundation. It is initially formed by a minimum of 18 members and a maximum of 25, chosen from among persons of acknowledged prestige in each of the Foundation's areas of action
