Auditing Committee

The Auditing Committee is formed by a minimum of five and a maximum of ten members of the Board of Trustees and it includes, as a minimum, one Vice-President. It has the functions which are established in Article 16 of the Statutes, including the supervision of the preparation of the annual accounts, the appointment of the external auditor and the supervision of his action
