Presentation

The Foundation was created with ambitious goals and broad horizons. It has over 60 patrons, who have already made it an institution with a great stability and a large capacity of potential development.

The Prince of Girona Foundation was constituted on 26 June 2009 as a response of the Spanish Royal Household to the initiative of the Girona Chamber of Commerce, Caixa Girona, the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation and “la Caixa” to establish a foundation with the main mission of promoting the education and training of youth and of attending to social issues.
